Every design depicted by the artists of Hastkala Apparels are unique in its own way. Due to the continuous demand and uniqueness of the designs we generally deliver based on pre-order of the Item.

For every product you like, you can send us the enquiry for it from the product's description page. On receiving the enquiry our team would shortly get in touch with you through email/whatsapp, with the further details of the product and similar designed products.

If the item is available you can order the product by paying in full through Netbanking or Paypal. In case the item is not available, our team would show you similar items and its designs. You can choose to buy from similar items or pre-order the same design and material.

How to Pre-book the item?

In case you like an items which is currently not available with us, you can pre-book the item. You can pre-book the item by paying non-refundable 10% of the total item cost in advance through Netbanking or Paypal. Our team would then take your order and start the procurement of material and designing your selected HastKala Art on it. You will be kept updated on every step on the progress of item preparation.

Once the item is ready for shipment our team will get in touch with you for the payment of remaining amount. Once the payment is received the item would be shipped to your desired address and tracking details shared.

How to Pay for the item?

We currently do not accept payment on the site. On selection of the product, our teams would get in touch with you for payment.

Our team would get in touch with you with the details of payments. We accept Netbanking and Paypal payments as of now.

Shipment Tracking

​

We use third party Shipment Agency (BlueDart, DTDC, India Post and others) for the delivery of items. Based on the delivery address we choose the best available shipment provider for the delivery of items. The tracking details is shared as soon as its received from Shipment Agency. The shipping cost is to be incurred by the buyer and details to be shared us when placing the order.

Although, we as a team help is following-up with the agencies and getting the items delivered as soon as possible. But, Hastkala Apparels is not responsible for any delays caused due to third party Shipment Agencies.

Return Policy

​

Our team would review and share, all the items before confirmation of payments with you. Due to the nature of Art, some minor difference in color or design is expected and we do not take returns in these cases. 

​

In case of any damage of the material or a complete shift in design, the items can returned within 5 days of delivery of the product.
